Hye Sung let Soo Ha to stay at her house until he had recovered his memories. Soo Ha told Hye Sung that he had insomnia for the past few days but he soon slept while sitting on the couch.
The next morning, Soo Ha decided to list down all the things that he could remember.
Hye Sung wanted to ask Kwan Woo to be Soo Ha’s lawyer for the second trial but she felt that it was not right to ask help him for help. However, Kwan Woo spotted Hye Sung outside his office and he knew that Hye Sung wanted him to help Soo Ha. Kwan Woo said that he would help Soo Ha as he wanted to make Hye Sung feel grateful towards him.
Dal Joong was released from the prison and Lawyer Shin went to pick him up.
Do Yun went to find the fruit seller and showed her with more pictures of the potential person who told her to call the police about Soo Ha. But the fruit seller still insisted that none of the pictures that Do Yun showed her was the person. Do Yun asked her about the person’s hand and she replied that “both of hand are fine”.
Hye Sung gave Soo Ha Kwan Woo’s namecard and asked him to find Kwan Woo the next time. She also said that Kwan Woo will not charge him any lawyer fees.
Soo Ha went to met Kwan Woo the next day. Kwan Woo wanted to buy him a drink but Soo Ha wanted to buy it himself. Soo Ha told Kwan Woo that he remember meeting the murderer at the fish pond and he was knocked down by blue vehicle. Soo Ha wanted to pay Kwan Woo for his lawyer fees but Kwan Woo did not want to accept his money. He even said that Soo Ha gave Hye Sung alot of troubles.
Hye Sung wanted to eat with lawyer Shin but she saw Do Yun and the judge. The judge asked Hye Sung about the incident that happened 10 years ago. She mentioned that she regretted alot.
Her handphone actually did not have any pictures of the murderer killing Soo Ha’s father but she was praised by Do Yun’s father as they managed to capture the murderer. Hye Sung told her father Do Yun was also the eye witness for this case. Do Yun’s father also knew that Hye Sung did not injure Do Yun’s eyes.
Do Yun also mentioned that she regretted that she did not mention that she was also an eye-witness. Ever since that day, her father was disappointed in her. Since then, she gave up arts and friends and studied hard to become a prosecutor to prove to Hye Sung and her father. Everyone was shocked to know that the girl that Hye Sung mentioned was Do Yun.
Hye Sung went home but she slept outside and Soo Ha spotted her. Soo Ha saw the scar on her stomach. The next day, Soo Ha asked Hye Sung about her scar but Hye Sung bluffed him that the scar was from a operation as she was afraid that Soo Ha would blame himself. Soo Ha asked if she was avoiding him and Hye Sung replied “no”. Soo Ha promised Hye Sung that he will go to university, make many friends, he won’t nagged at her anymore and asked Hye Sung not to avoid him anymore.
Do Yun feel that the fruit seller was suspicious when she mentioned that both of the hands of the person were fine as people usually described other people hands as slim, rough, long fingers, etc. She decided to ask the fruit seller to become the eye witness.
That night, the fruit seller met up with the murderer and assured him that she would not mention him.
Soo Ha looked at his scar from the mirror and claimed that his scar looked similar to Hye Sung. He suddenly recalled all of his memories and his ability to listen to other people’s inner voice. He also remember that the murderer told him that it was his father who had killed his wife therefore he wanted to seek revenge. The murderer passed the knife to Soo Ha and asked him to kill him. But, Soo Ha remembered that he had made a promise with Hye Sung that he will not kill him. He dropped the knife and run away but was knocked down by a car.
Soo Ha who could believe it, run out of Hye Sung’s house but was almost knocked down by a motorcycle. His nose bled and he fainted. 
At the office, Do Yun told them that the murderer was alive. Kwan Woo who also knew about it, rushed over to tell Hye Sung but she already knew it. Hye Sung asked Do Yun if she was going to drop all the charges against Soo Ha but Do Yun said that the most important thing are their safety. But, Hye Sung was more concerned if she was going to drop the charges and Do Yun replied “yes”. Hye Sung rushed out of the office to call Soo Ha about the good news. Soo Ha was sitting outside the building was thinking that he should not tell her that the murderer was alive to protect her safety but he could hear her inner voice that she knew it. Soo Ha hugged her and Hye Sung thanked him for keeping his promise.
